NDC has and continues to strengthen relationships in these areas to help foster project support and build their assistance in favorably expediting project approval.

NDC has significant knowledge about the political landscape throughout the
United States. Its involvement with residential, commercial, and industrial building trade associations on the National, State, and Regional levels provide invaluable insight to builders and lenders considering expanding into new geographic markets. NDC maintains key relationships with many elected officials having favorable industry opinions and are advocates of the building industry.

• Negotiating with government agencies with respect to obsolete (due to current market conditions) Disposition and Development Agreements or Conditions of Approvals that create unfair financial burdens or prevent proper tactical strategies on a current project.
  
  
• Mobilize the community and elected officials to promote more sensible and updated Conditions or Agreements or project/product changes necessary to expedite the project’s close out.
